Cajun Care Group provides supportive transitional housing for adults who need a stable place to live while working toward greater independence. Support is practical and housing-focused rather than clinical.
Support may include a structured home environment, help identifying community resources, communication with approved referral partners, and encouragement around employment, appointments and everyday responsibilities.
Each resident’s path is different. The purpose of transitional housing is to provide time, structure and a stable address while the resident works on the next steps in life.
